| A CIPS member is a current member of the Chinese Institute of Probability and Statistics who has paid the 2016 membership fee. | |||
|
線上報名者可利用匯款或信用卡繳交註冊費，並請於5月31日(二)前回報匯款資訊以完成註冊手續。 | ||
| The registration fee may be paid by Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer. If you register online, please remember to report your payment information before May 31, 2016 to complete your registration. | |||

如欲取消註冊者，請務必email 到 stsc25@math.nsysu.edu.tw 提出取消申請，方便我們作業完後寄送”完成取消註冊”之通知。繳交註冊費後， 於2016/6/7前取消註冊者，我們將退回90% 的註冊費； 於2016/6/8以後取消註冊者，我們將不予退款。 |

| In case of cancellation, a portion of the fee may be refunded as follows: Before June 7, 2016 full fee minus 10 % transaction costs After June 8, 2016 no refund. Registration fees will only be refunded on request, by email to stsc25@math.nsysu.edu.tw |
